HYT Limited- Sales Agent/Lead Job Description:
• Recruit new customers and maintain the existing ones
• Proactively sell volta catch products to market women/men, hotels, cold rooms, restaurants, corporates. etc and achieve monthly target
• Educate customers on best practices of volta catch products
• Service all customers by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
• Achieve 75% of market share, volume, value and customer base within assigned territories
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Qualification Required & Experience:
• A minimum of High School Diploma
• At least One year experience in sales in FMCG industries
• Recruit new customers and maintain the existing ones
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and Ghanaian native language.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office package
• Attention to details and the accuracy surrounding completing tasks
• Strong sales ability, business acumen and commercial awareness
