The successful implementation of the Free Senior High School (Free SHS) programme which has had its first batch of beneficiaries graduated is one good reason why there will be another four-year term for President Nana Akufo-Addo, Education Minister, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh has said.
Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh declared this victory at an event to outdoor all the parliamentary candidates of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ashanti Region in Kumasi on Sunday, September 27.
The Member of Parliament for Manhyia South Constituency, speaking at the event said the implementation of the Free Senior High School, good governance and creation of jobs for the youth will convince Ghanaians to vote for the NPP government during the upcoming December 7, 2020 polls.
“The jobs are being created, there is also the better management of the economy and infrastructure development to show for,” NAPO said.

The Akufo-Addo led government in September 2017 implemented the Free Senior High School (Free SHS) for every child who becomes successful in BECE and is placed in a public Senior High School (SHS) to have his/her secondary education fees absorbed by the central government.
