If you have misplaced or unintentionally damaged your WAEC certificate, don’t worry because the West Africa Examinations Council (WAEC) now issues the attestation of results to replace the misplaced or damaged one.
However, be informed that the Council does not issue duplicate certificates.
According to the Council, the attestation of results is as valid as the certificate. Users, schools, or any other organization who wish to could confirm the details on the document with the Examinations Council.
WAEC in a blogpost sighted by Georgeweb.org on its official website indicated it only issues attestation of results to individual candidates or persons for their possession.
