Borders and Airports are not reopening next week – Aviation Ministry
Ghana’s Aviation Ministry says the Government of Ghana (GoG) has no plans to reopen the country’s borders and airports any time soon.
The Ministry’s spokesperson, Madeleine Insaidoo in a communiqué sighted by Georgeweb.org said their attention has been drawn to some publication circulating on various social media platforms that the government is considering opening the borders and airports next week.
The Ministry of Aviation is consequently informing the general public that the purporting news item is false and at no point in time has the Minister for Aviation, Joseph Kofi Adda stated in an interview or press release.
