As the 2020 edition of the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) commence Monday, September 14, 2020, the Presbyterian Church of Ghana has extended their best wishes message to all the 531,705 prospective candidates across the country preparing towards the examination.
The Church in a statement copied to Georgeweb.org admonished candidates to be of good behaviour throughout the 5 day period of the examination and eschew any form of examination malpractices.
It further urged the final year students to abide by the guidelines governing the conduct of the BECE and instructions from invigilators, supervisors and persons associated with the conduct of the national examination.
Prospective candidates in the release were encouraged to strictly observe the Health Ministry’s outlined COVID-19 safety protocols such as wearing of a nose mask and regular washing of hands to curb the spread of the virus.
The Presbyterian Church said it is their prayer that the good Lord grant all the students the retentive memory and good health before and during the examination period, it added that “may all your hard work be rewarded with best results”
