KNUST to hold 54th congregation ceremony virtually

The Management of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has announced its 54th congregation ceremony will be held virtually on Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19, 2020.
According to KNUST, graduands who completed their Programmes of Study in June 2020 and wish to be presented at the Ceremony should pay GHC 250.00 in CASH before Friday, September 11, 2020, at any of the following banks: ECOBANK, GCB, UBA, GT BANK, CAL BANK, REPUBLIC BANK, ABSA BANK, CBG and STANDARD CHARTERED BANK.
The University says the graduation fee covers Congregation Publications, Graduation Medals, Certificate Holders, University Souvenirs and Administrative Costs.
Graduands are required to provide the following information at the Bank:
- Name
- Programme of Study
- Examination Index Number
- Student ID Number
- Contact Address
- Telephone/ Cell phone Number
- Email Address
Procedure for Registration
Students who wish to be presented for the 54th congregation virtual ceremony will be required to upload a decent portrait picture (in formal wear) using the students’ portal (HERE). Deadline for picture upload is Friday, September 11, 2020.

Collection of Certificates
- Graduates are to collect their Certificates and Souvenir package from their respective Colleges between September 22, 2020, and October 31, 2020.
- Those who are unable to collect their Certificates and Souvenirs during this period should pick theirs from the Examinations Office (Casely Hayford Building) at their earliest convenience.
- The University would mount photo booths from September 22 – October 31, 2020, for interested graduates to take their Graduation Photographs.
