Tweneboa Kodua SHS students apologise for their misconduct
Prospective candidates of the Kumawu-based Tweneboa Kodua Senior High School have following their misconduct after the theory aspect of Integrated Science rendered an unqualified apology to the school authorities and management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) and WAEC.
The final year students on Monday, August 3, 2020, reportedly vandalised the school properties after sitting for the theory aspect of WASSCE Integrated Science with reasons that their headmaster, Mr John Asante was too strict in his invigilation during the conduct of the examination.
In a circulating video sighted by GeorgeWeb, some female candidates were captured destroying furniture and meals served, an act the Ghana Education Service (GES) and other stakeholders has highly condemned.
However, as calm restore in the school, the candidates on Wednesday at a gathering in the school took to their knees to apologise over the act of voilence.
A male student, believed to the boy’s prefect of Tweneboa Kodua SHS, who read a lengthy speech on behalf of the students, apologised to the staff, security personnel and the Government of Ghana.
