MoE, NIB dissociate themselves from Private Educational Coalition Committee, says is fake
The National Schools Inspectorate Authority (NaSIA), formerly National Inspectorate Board (NIB), under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, has described the Private Educational Coalition Committee as a fake.
The Private Educational Coalition Committee according to private education stakeholders is an administrative body that will manage and coordinate all Private activities under the Pre-Tertiary level in Ghana next academic year.
But, NaSIA on social media has said the Committee is not recognized by the Ministry of Education (MoE) nor the National Inspectorate Board (NIB).
It further refuted that the Minister of Education, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh popularly known as NAPO will be the Special Guest for the launch of the Committee scheduled for December 15, 2020.
“Kindly disregard any information stating that the Minister of Education, Hon. Dr Matthew Opoku-Prempeh is the Special Guest for the “Inauguration of the Private Educational Coalition Committee”, NaSIA stated.
The Education Ministry and the National Schools Inspectorate Authority (NaSIA) consequently have dissociated themselves from this as it is fake and has no association with the Ministry of Education and its agencies.
