Government donates logistics to Private School Council

The Government of Ghana has donated logistics to Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS) in their recognition to support and sustain private education in Ghana most especially amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
The donation was made through the National Board for Small Scale Industries (NBSSI) this afternoon July 10, 2020 to strengthen the operation of the Council.
The Executive Director of NBSSI, Mrs. Kosi Yankey-Ayeh making the donation commended the Council’s massive effort throughout this period of pandemic to support private schools.
Mrs. Kosi Yankey-Ayeh reiterated that the NBSSI will continue coordinating with the Council to see to the effective disbursement of the CAP support fund to the Council’s members.
The National Executive Director of the Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS), Mr. Enoch Kwasi Gyetuah in response to the donation expressed gratitude to the NBSSI on behalf of the Council.
Mr. Enoch Kwasi Gyetuah added that the Council is ready to partner with NBSSI for any coordination that will help ensure timely facilitation of the government support to their members.

He also assured the government of an effective use of the logistics provided, to the growth of private education in Ghana.
